Somerset Education Business Partnership connects employers with education providers so that young people are aware of local career opportunities and develop the skills needed to thrive at work.
We help:

- Education providers to build relationships with local employers

The Somerset TalentEd Academy helps young people to gain an understanding of different key Somerset employment sectors by providing connections with a wide range of employers and is designed to inspire students so that they can make informed post-16 choices.
Designed to offer flexibility, the programme is delivered in three stages beginning with digital engagement and moving to on-site experiences where possible. This helps young people to explore their interests, so they gain a deeper insight into those industries they are most passionate about.
